Canon introduces SELPHY CP1300 Wireless Compact Photo Printer

Thanks to the their ability to print anywhere and anytime battery-powered portable mini-printers have become more and more popular. Now Canon has added another option to the market segment. The SELPHY CP1300 is a wireless printer and an update to the SELPHY CP1200.

It comes with a larger 3.2" tiltable LCD display, an improved user interface, improved image search with a date filter, the ability to print 2 x 6" photo strips and a Party Shuffle mode that is designed to allow Wi-Fi connected users to connect multiple compatible mobile devices to the same printer and create a print layout made of combined images from everyone.

The printer also offers the option to connect an external battery, making it independent from the power grid and comes with a dedicated Wi-Fi button that allows for easy setup on a network and wireless printing. The SELPHY CP1300 printer will be available for $129.99 in black or white color versions.
